Where are your berets manufactured?
All our berets are authentically crafted in France, specifically in the Pyrénées region, using traditional methods and 100% premium merino wool.
How do I determine my beret size?
Most of our berets are 'one size fits most' due to the natural elasticity of wool. However, for sized models, please measure the circumference of your head 1cm above your eyebrows and ears and refer to our size guide.
Can I wash my beret in a washing machine?
No, we recommend dry cleaning only or gentle hand-spot cleaning with cold water. Never put your wool beret in a dryer, as it will shrink and lose its shape.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Paris. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, while express options are available at checkout for 3-5 day delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your berets water-resistant?
Yes, our high-quality felted wool has natural water-repellent properties that will keep you dry during light rain, though they are not intended for heavy downpours.
